World Games Anti-Doping Rules in compliance with WADA Code

World Games Anti-Doping Rules in compliance with WADA Code London (GBR) – 12 April 2011   The International World Games Association (IWGA) has adjusted its anti-doping rules to the current standards of WADA. The new version is fully compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code.   This is confirmed by Frederic DONZE, Director of WADA’s European Office and International Federations Relations, at the General Assembly of the IWGA during the 2011 SportAccord Convention in London.   Board members Tom DIELEN (FITA Secretary General) and Max BISHOP (FAI Secretary General) in cooperation with IWGA CEO Joachim GOSSOW had assumed the task to review the anti-doping rules on behalf of IWGA.   The IWGA member federations will be bound by these rules, which will also apply to the 9th edition of The World Games 2013 in Cali, Colombia.      Source: IWGA Edited by World Archery Communication
