60 seconds with… Mackenzie Brown

This week, it’s… Mackenzie Brown, the 21-year-old girl on fire.

The US Olympian was still a junior in 2015. She won the silver medal at the Youth World Championships in Yankton that year.

At Rio 2016, Brown was the lone woman representing her nation, as she won the USA's Olympic team trials and the recurve women missed the team quota for the Games.

Seeded 19th in Brazil, she passed through the first round but tripped against Tripartite athlete from Myanmar Htwe San Yu, 51st after qualification.
