Israeli advertises head of compound coaching and coach development role

The Israeli archery federation is recruiting a head of compound coaching and coach development to lead the development of compound archery and strengthen coach education across the country.

The successful candidate will work full-time at the Wingate National Institute for Sport, near the city of Netanya, collaborating with the national coach to advance elite performance while placing a strong emphasis on developing local coaches, particularly those working with young athletes.

Applicants must hold the highest available national coaching certification, have at least five years’ experience coaching at national team or academy level within the past decade, and be fluent in English. Experience coaching Paralympic archery and a relevant academic degree are considered advantages.
