Archery moves mountains!

Expecting a large number of archers coming from all over the world, the Organising Committee did not hesitate to move a mountain to make their field bigger! Here is the story and some other interesting fact & figures about the world championships.
The Munsu International Archery Field in Ulsan was used at the World Cup Stage 1 in 2007. It was already a state of the art, impressive and archery stadium with synthetic grass, spectator tribunes and all the facilities an Organizing Committee could wish for. Now, it is even more. It is the biggest permanent archery stadium in the world! At the time of bidding the organisers proposed to dig into the mountain next to the field to be sure that it will be big enough to welcome the whole world of archery.
Moving the mountain:

How many persons in the Organizing Committee? There are two big committees (Ulsan and Namgu Region Promotion committee: 28; Korean Archery Organizing Committee: 25)
