Grand National Archery Society to appoint a Performance Manager

Following the setting up a new Performance Unit under our Head Coach, Dong Eun (Peter) Suk, the Grand National Archery Society is seeking to appoint a Performance Manager. This person will provide technical and administrative back up to the Head Coach including working with funding agencies, sports science providers, anti doping agencies as well as with the Performance Unit archers.

 

The person we are looking for will have experience in and a successful track record of working in a Performance environment including working with athletes, coaches and outside agencies to deliver amongst others, ongoing funding and to provide reports and information as required. The post holder will have the ability to work with archers, volunteers and our partners to deliver high quality and effective programmes, leading to increased numbers of international level archers and consistent medal achievement at international events.

 

The person appointed will need to be an effective communicator, demonstrate a passion for excellence and a commitment to the GNAS aims of supporting elite archers to achieve world class success.
