World Archery Development Department   The World Archery Development and Coaching Department strives to develop archery worldwide. Due to the large number of countries that are already Members of World Archery, the focus is now on:   ·        Increasing the level of current Members ·        Having all Member Associations fully active   The World Archery Development and Education Department is managed by two persons working at the World Archery Office in Lausanne. They work with the five continental development committees, and with the Youth Development Committee and two regional and out-of-office staff members.
