FITA’s Associate Member GEOLOGIC is looking for a new Product Engineer who will be working in Cestas, France.
Job Description
Within the technical management department, you will be responsible for the design and industrialisation of a range of products. Using business project plans and use specifications, you will programme technical projects, and you will design, prototype, test, and industrialise the corresponding new products. You are responsible for the technical validation of the project within the target price. You are also responsible for the quality of your products, from the product manager's initial request to the production run. Overseeing the whole product development, your will call upon your own know-how and on internal and external experts (designers, process and calculation experts, engineering offices, sub-contractors, and so on) to ensure successful developments.
Profile Detail
You are trained as an engineer, and practise sport (archery) regularly.
Your creativity and analytical mind enable you to imagine and finalise first-class and reliable technical solutions. You are practical and applied, and you are able to modify and validate prototypes. Ideally, you have previous experience in product design and/or industrialisation.
You have good command of English and are available for international travel.
