Passing of Joe JOHNSTON (USA) Lausanne – 1 May 2009   Jas. D. Easton, Inc. regrets to announce that Joe JOHNSTON passed away from complications related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease) on 27 April 2009.   Joe JOHNSTON was a huge contributor to Easton’s growth and success in both archery and team sports. He served as their Vice President of Sales & Marketing, was President of Hoyt, and Managing Director of Easton Sports Europe. His contributions helped them to not only achieve business success, but to establish a strong bond and friendship with many industry friends and customers throughout the world.   He was a great friend and will be missed by all.   The memorial service will be held on Saturday 2 May 2009 at 14h00 (local time) at The Jeremy Golf & Country Club, 8770 North Jeremy Road, Park City, UT 84098.
