27 November 2009 - Training Camp for the Commonwealth and the Mediterranean Region

Training Camp for the Commonwealth and the Mediterranean Region Lausanne - 4 December 2009   Due to a date change of the African Championships, the training camp for the Member Associations of the Commonwealth and the Mediterranean region will be held from 28 February to 12 March 2010 in Egypt.   This training camp will take place from 28 February to 12 March 2010 in Ain Sokhna, near the Red Sea, 100 km from the Egyptian capital, Cairo. It will be held at the same place and start right before the Open African Championship, that will take place on 7-11 March. This will be a great opportunity for the participants to get familiar with an international competition.   The camp will be under the expertise of coach MUN Baek Woon and will be coordinated by the FITA Development Department.   This program will be entirely funded by FITA andtwo development partners: Foundation for Global Sports Development and the Fondation Internationale pour le Développement du Tir à l’Arc (FIDTA). A complete information package will be sent to the Member Associations of the Commonwealth and Mediterranean region since there are specific conditions to fulfill and a limited number of participants.
