World Archery’s digital platforms are maintained solely for the promotion of the sport of archery.

By accessing any of the platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use that, together with the privacy policy, govern World Archery’s relationship with users. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use the platforms.

World Archery’s catalogue of digital platforms includes but is not limited to:

  • WorldArchery.sport – the official World Archery website – and its permanent, semi-permanent or temporary subsidiaries;
  • Any applications published by World Archery;
  • Any social media pages operated by World Archery; and
  • Services delivered via World Archery’s API.

Accessing any of the digital platforms provides you with a temporary license and permission to use the software and other resources. This license and permission may be revoked at any time.

Content is provided for informational and promotional purposes. It is liable to change without notice and at World Archery’s discretion.

Content on the digital platforms – including text, images, photographs, video, audio, graphics, layout and user interface – is owned or licensed to World Archery.

Except for non-commercial and informational purposes, you are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying or otherwise transmitting any of the contents without express written permission.

Retrieval of data to compile a collection, database or directory is also prohibited.

The World Archery logo and its associated assets are owned by World Archery and you are prohibited from its use without express written permission.

Any trademark or content reproduced on the digital platforms that is not the property of, or licensed to, World Archery is credited. Trademarks licensed exclusively for use on the official website include:

  • The Olympic Rings, which is the property of the International Olympic Committee;
  • The Paralympic Agitos, which is the property of the International Paralympic Committee;
  • The International World Games Association icon;
  • The International University Sports Federation icon; and
  • Others on a case-by-case basis.

In order to access the platforms, you must have access to the World Wide Web, a device that meets the minimum requirements for the platforms, and are responsible for any fees incurred in accessing content.

Not all content will be available in all regions. You are responsible for determining whether your device satisfies the minimum requirements to view the content and the minimum requirements may change at any time without notice.

These terms do not apply to content or services provided by third parties that are linked to any of World Archery’s digital platforms. The federation is not responsible for the content of these websites.

The availability of content may vary due to rights policies, strategy, scheduling changes or editorial line. World Archery is under no obligation to provide you with any specific content.

World Archery values and respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting their personal data. A copy of the privacy policy is available to view online.

World Archery provides its digital platforms to users for informational and promotional purposes only and neither the federation nor any third party involved in the creation, maintenance or operation of the platforms will not be held responsible whatsoever for any direct, indirect or incidental damages, loss of profits, loss of data or other loss in any way relating to the platforms.

Unauthorised use of the digital platforms may result in a claim for damages or qualify as a criminal offence. Use of the platforms and any dispute arising from use of the platforms is subject to the laws of Switzerland.
