Focus on the Shooting Line

Focus on the Shooting Line 5 July 2010   My name is Alexis and I am from Cyprus. First of all I want to say that I love archery and I am addicted to it and am training every day for two hours. But I have a problem: when I go for training and I am standing on the shooting line, I can't concentrate because of the noise that the others make. Can you tell me ways to concentrate more?   Thank you!   Yours faithfully,   Alexis ZENIOU, Cyprus     Hello Alexis,   Good to hear you are putting al lot of effort in archery and too bad that there is so much noise at the training field. I think it is not a problem that you cannot concentrate/focus, but the problem for you is the surrounding where you are training. The solution for "your" problem: try to explain to the other archers that the noise bothers you and tell them if they want to have the maximum result of training you all must be focused. If the people do not change maybe it is an option to train at a different time. Before you take action, discuss it with your trainer and I am sure he/she will help you!   Good training!   Wietse
