World Championships and 50th Anniversary of FITARCO Rome (ITA) – 30 May 2011   The Italian Archery Federation (FITARCO) and the Organising Committee (OC) of the World Archery Championships 2011 Torino will hold a press conference on 1 June 2011 at 11:30 at the conference hall of the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) at Foro Italico in Rome, Italy.   The World Archery Championships (3-10 July, Turin) is valid as a Qualification Quota Tournament for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Afterwards, the World Para Archery Championships will be held from 10-17 July in Turin.   FITARCO President Mr Mario SCARZELLA and OC President Mrs Tiziana NASI will be present at the press conference, together with CONI President Mr Giovanni PETRUCCI, the President of the Italian Paralympic Committee Mr Luca PANCALLI, the Minister of Sport Mr Rocco CRIMI, the Italian team captain Luigi VELLA, the Italian archers Marco GALIAZZO, Ilario DI BUO, Sergio PAGNI, Natalia VALEEVA and Pia Carmen LIONETTI together with some archers of the Para-Archery Italian team.   On this occasion, FITARCO President will also introduce the next Italian Archery Championships, which will be held in Rome from 30 September to 2 October 2011.
