Visa for World Cup 2011 Stage 4 in Shanghai (CHN)

 
We remind our Member Associations that any participant to the Shanghai World Cup Stage 4 who needs an entry visa to China is kindly requested to fill in the Visa Support Form (available in the event’s Invitation Package ) and send it back to the Organising Committee (OC) as soon as possible but no later than 6 July 2011.   NEW REQUEST: The Chinese Archery Association also requires a copy of passport in order to issue the invitation letter.   After the Visa Support Form and the passport copy is received, an official invitation from the Chinese Archery Association will be provided for visa application. Participants should obtain the visas before departure to China. Teams and officials from those countries with no diplomatic relations with China are kindly requested to inform the OC of where they prefer to apply for the visa in the third country.   World Archery Communication
