Passing of Ukrainian coach Valentin MOROZOV

World Archery was informed of the passing of USSR and Ukrainian coach Valentin MOROZOV on 4 June 2012 at the age of 66.
Valentin MOROZOV was involved in the start of the Kharkiv region archery school in 1969. He was a great example for young sportsmen and coaches.
MOROZOV was also a coach since 1972. Among his pupils were the 1989 world champion and 1993 bronze medallist Stanislav ZABRODSKIY, three-time world indoor team bronze medallist (1999, 2001, 2007) Tetyana BEREZHNA, and 2006 world university silver medallist Ekateryna KSENOFONTOVA.
The Kharkiv region archery federation and Kharkiv region archery school have been very saddened by this news.
The World Archery family sends its sincere condolences to Valentin MOROZOV's family and friends.
