Following a very successful Olympic cycle, World Archery continues to modernise the image of archery with the launch of a new website this week. This truly innovative website integrates live event coverage, visual content, social media, world rankings and many more elements that we invite you to discover.
The new website is a fruit of a strategic plan started in 2006 to make archery an important Olympic sport. The plan succeeded, as was confirmed last week when archery, to go with its Olympic core sport status, was promoted by the International Olympic Committee to Group C of Olympic sports (third highest among the five groups), based on universal popularity of the sport.
