BERGER reached this new world record at an international FITA round tournament in Ebersberg (GER). She obtained 352 points on 70m, 356 points on 60m, 352 points on 50m and 358 points on 30m. The current world N°3 had previously reached a world record on 70m in 2011 with a mark of 353 points.
Before becoming initiated to compound bow in 2009, for which she says being fascinated, BERGER was already triple individual champion of Germany in pistol shooting from 2002 and 2004 and with the German team in 2004.
European Champion title-holder and bronze medallist at the Antalya World Cup on 15 June, BERGER is one of the major favourites for this enthralling season where she will try to get the gold medal at the Cali World Games, at the World Cup and at the Belek Antalya World Championships.
