Kiribati and Laos Archery Federations benefit from OS DNSS programme 2013

The aim of both projects is to review and improve the national structure of the federations with the different stakeholders such as athletes, coaches, judges, members, clubs, etc.

The main tasks of both experts are more or less the same: technical seminars for coaches, review the cadet and junior national teams training programme, implement a proper national training plan, assist the national teams in their preparation for major competitions and future Olympic Games, workshops for the executive members of the federation and clubs, organisation of training camps, review the judging system and much more.

Another important task of the experts is to strive to put in place a unique programme to unify the methodology throughout the archery family in both countries and to identify the future talents of tomorrow.

WA highly encourages its developing Member Associations that wish to improve their national structure to apply for this programme through their respective National Olympic Committees.
