Successful Olympic Solidarity level 3 coaches course in Argentina

The event, held from 23 to 29 October 2014, was conducted by Juan Carlos HOLGADO, World Archery Events Director, with the assistance of USA's archery expert Mel NICHOLS.

The participants enjoyed the non-classical format of this course, as Juan Carlos HOLGADO adapted the theoretical and practical sessions based on their needs and levels.

Free to propose topics they wished to cover in addition to the classical level 3 programme, the participants were also given a new topic: "How to speak to the audience and archers", an important communication and pedagogical tool to facilitate the exchange with others and how important it is to communicate properly.

According to Britain's Paul ROBERTS the group was dynamic and all worked very well together: "Thank you to Juan Carlos and World Archery Americas for a very good course offered to us. The course was a success and the enthusiasm, knowledge and energy from all was fantastic, along with the experts desire to share and educate coaches. It was a great pleasure and we all enjoyed Mel's participation."

World Archery would like to congratulate all the participants for their enthusiasm and determination to further build their knowledge to assist their archers, as well as the Archery Federation of Argentina, World Archery Americas and Olympic Solidarity for their contribution for the development of archery.
