Bangkok Archery Centre holds training camp for Vietnamese archers
A training camp was organised from 15 November to 1 December for a total of nine Vietnamese archers and their coach under the expertise of Coach Letporn KAENCHAN (THA).
This training camp aimed at enhancing competition performance of the archers and developing their knowledge, as well as assisting their coach in improving their techniques. It was also a preparation for the Indoor Archery World Indoor Cup Stage 2, shortly taking place in Bangkok on 6/7 December 2014.
With the support of the International Olympic Committee, World Archery continues to provide coaching and training opportunities at its Accredited Partner Archery Centre in Bangkok, Thailand. The venue provides educational and training tools to assist all member associations.
Future courses and training camps are already announced in the development calendar.
World Archery will grant financial assistance to five women and five men at each course or training camp held at the Bangkok Centre, covering the expenses on site including local transportation, accommodation in a double room and meals.
