Coach for the Indian Archery Team

The Indian Archery Federation is looking for a coach for its top 10 Recurve archers in preparation for the 2006 Asian Games in Doha. The Indian Federation has a stable system that is already within the best of the world and is looking for a coach who will give them the additional boost that they will need to be at the top.
The coach must fit the following criteria:
Experience of being chief coach of a national team at the Olympic Games and World Championships. Has a track record of winning medals at the Olympic Games or World Championships. Must be able to serve in India a minimum of 3 months before Asian Games 2006 (December). Must be able to communicate in English.The Federation will be open to assessing people who would fit above criteria in a consulting position also. The coach would be only responsible for the top Indian archers and coming up with a training and competitive schedules. The monetary remuneration will be assessed as per the experience of the applicant.
