Italy, the strongest nation in Field Archery right now
Lausanne - 25 May 2007
The Italian team aimed to Trier, Germany for a display of their current strength in Field Archery. Led by World Champion Barebow Giuseppe Seimandi, Italy took five out of ten first prices during the 5-nations tournament.
Archers from all around Europe (from Sweden down to Italy) joined for an exciting two-day event in Germany. Seimandi is now getting close to Mathias Larsson (SWE) to take over the first place of the Field Archery World Ranking.
All in all, five FAWR tournaments were shot last weekend in Japan, Belgium, Germany, United States of America and Austria.
With the excellent display of the Italians the ranking will be changed quite considerably once more in May.
