Guatemala is looking for a National Coach Guatemala - 2 July 2007   The “Asociacion Nacional de Tiro con Arco de Guatemala” is looking for a professional National Archery Coach.   Desired Qualifications: Ø      Proved skills in developing archers from BEGINNERS to PROFESIONAL. Ø      Academic level: COLLEGE Ø      Communication skills: GOOD Ø      Organizational skills: VERY GOOD Ø      Able to work with: ARCHERS ARE BETWEEN 13 TO 55 Ø      13 TO 17 30%, 18 TO 25 30 %, 20 TO 35 20%, 36 TO HIGHER 10% Ø      Must speak: SPANISH, ENGLISH Ø      Required experiences: YES HAD BEEN COACH FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS BEFORE Ø      Other: KNOWLEDGMENT ABOUT SPORT PSICOLOGY, HEALTH, AND PLANINN MACRO AND MICRO CICLES Ø      Duties, roles and responsibilities: o    To make training plan for, and coach the national team. o    Make a team with the National Coach’s and rise their knowledge level o    Preparation to International archery events o    To offer any technical advices requested by the Federation and members o    To coach the athletes of the national Archery Training Centre and the national coaches o    To maintain and analyze data on National athletes, then develop programs to maximize performance o    When required, to coach athletes at International level tournaments o    Participate in Seminars teaching technical matters. o    Liaise with coaches in the preparation of training programs and archery technique o    To serve as an advisor to the national Archery Domestic Committee in: -     Improving competition opportunities -     Establishing successful national Major events Ø      Other: VERY GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR   Assigned objectives: Ø      RISE THE SCORE FROM THE 1300 TO 1400 TO COMPUNDS ARCHERS Ø      RISE THE SCORE FROM 1200 TO 1300 FOR THE RECURVE ARCHERS   Main clauses of the working contract: One year period preceded by 6 months test period Contract starting on (date): AUGUST 2007 Place of work: GUATEMALA Salary: Q. 12,000.00 per month (about 1, 500 TO 2,200 US$) Round trip (by plane) for THE COACH ONLY.
