FITA New Logo Contest Results Lausanne – 4 September 2007   The Jury of the FITA New Logo Contest has met early July and examined carefully all 220 submissions received for the logo competition.   Ø      The Jury was of the unanimous opinion that none of the submissions gave full satisfaction to the requirements of the competition and that, therefore, there would be no 1st, 2nd or 3rd place awarded.   Ø      However, the Jury was of the unanimous opinion that two honorary mentions would be awarded:   o     The first honorary mention goes to Ms Laika Collinassi from Switzerland.   o     The second honorary mention goes to Mr Selcuk Yilmaz from Turkey.   Ø      The Jury asked the two honorary mentions to work on certain amendments and after the submission of the amendments in July, the design of Ms Laika Collinassi was chosen by a majority vote as the new logo for the Archery World Cup.   FITA will present the new logo at the occasion of the World Cup Final in Dubai in November...     FITA Communication
