23 November 2007 - Interview of Braden GELLENTHIEN (USA)

Interview of Braden GELLENTHIEN (USA) Dubai – 23 November 2007  How does it feel to be here? I am really… I cannot find the words to explain it! But it seemed so far away to get here, and I just can’t believe I did it. It’s a great feeling to have achieved my goal!   How did you prepare since Dover in August? I have trained as usual: 2 hours a day, 5 day a week.   What are your expectations? Win!   What do you think of the format? It is ok, it makes sense.   What do you think of the World Cup in general? It is just great. I really enjoy it with the match plays. There are great archers and a good system.   What do you plan for next year? World Cup Stages and routine as usual!   What do you do for a living? I am studying Marketing.   Would you like to do archery full-time? Actually I am finishing my studies next semester and I plan to have a year off dedicated to archery.   Do you have your lucky underwear with you? (NB: see Izmir Indoor WCH interview) Yes I do, and I’ll wear it on Saturday!   Thank you and good luck, then!   Chantal Steiner FITA Communication
