Report on Argentina Activities from Coach Maciej Karlowsky Lausanne – 20 December 2007 The Argentinean Coach Maciej Karlowsky has reported on the activities conducted in Argentina starting from Cordoba to Esperenza. Based on the examples learned at the Toronto Archery School, he has implemented the same training methodology which produced national champions. It was an extensive tour where he visited 5 cities and many archery clubs. Working with many people from various regions of this large country gave him a clear view of archery in Argentina. Despite of problems which are quite common in most countries, Mr Karlowsky is quite optimistic about Argentina’s future in the sport of archery. Argentineans are energetic people and all of those he met are very eager to move ahead. After his initial stay of five days in Buenos Aires he visited the following cities: Cordoba, Neuquen, Mar Del Plata, Bahia Blanca, Santa Fe and Esperanza, staying in each for about 4 days and travelling at night by bus. In all he has worked with 104 archers, 44 monitors, 7 coaches and 10 archers of the national level. Maciej Karlowski Coach Federacion Argentina de Tiro con Arco
