Moscow or Singapore to organize first Youth Olympic Games Lausanne – 8 February 2008   The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has unveiled the two finalists for the organization of the first Summer Youth Olympic Games. It will be either Moscow or Singapore.   These cities were chosen by the Executive Boards, and will now be submitted to a postal vote by all of the IOC members.   IOC President Jacques Rogge will then announce the winning city in a live web cast on www.olympic.org, provisionally scheduled for 21 February 2008.   FITA Communication
