Decision of the FITA Anti-Doping Panel
Lausanne – 28 April 2008
On 14 April 2008, the FITA Anti-Doping Panel has rendered the following decision, concerning the athlete Mr Markiyan IVASHKO (UKR) (“The Athlete”):
The FITA Anti-Doping Panel holds that the Athlete has committed a violation of art. 2.4 of the FITA anti-doping rules (availability for out-of-competition testing). issues a sanction of three (3) months ineligibility commencing as of December 9, 2007. orders the annulment of all the results of the Athlete during the ineligibility period including forfeiture of all medals, points and prizes. decides that no costs will be imposed.
