Ecuador trains its Coaches: Pre-training before an Olympic Solidarity Coaching Course Lausanne – 30 April 2008   The Ecuadorian Archery Federation will host a Level 2 Coaching Course sponsored by the Olympic Solidarity on 15-19 May 2008. This course will be conducted by Pascal Colmaire, FITA Development and Education Director. We thank the Ecuadorian Olympic Committee for granting this training to the Ecuadorian Archery Federation and for opening this course to some participants from Paraguay.   In order to get its coaches ready for the mid-May course, the National Coach Ernesto Olazabal has organized a pre-course gathering 25 coaches form the various provinces of the country to the Ecuadorian Olympic Centre on 12-13 April 2008.   Congratulations to Ecuador for this excellent initiative! Many experts report how difficult it is to conduct a course with participants from various levels.   An initiative to be duplicated!   FITA Development Department
