FITA and AAF Judges Seminar 2010 Lausanne – 31 May 2010 Morten WILMANN giving some explanations about the targets    The FITA and AAF Judges Seminar 2010 was held at the Egypt Hotel, Bangkok from 21 to 23 May 2010. The honour was given to the National Archery Association of Thailand by the Asian Archery Federation (AAF) to host the event.   The aim of the seminar was to update all Asian judges on the new rules and at the same time to get new judges. The response from all member countries was overwhelming with 67 participants from 18 countries including one from Africa. Mr Sanguan KOSAVINTA, Vice President of FITA and AAF, took to the stand to officially open the seminar. He said that this was highest number of participants ever in any organised event. He congratulated AAF for the initiative and hoped the good work will be repeated in the near future.   The whole seminar was conducted by Mr Morten B. WILMANN, Chairman of the FITA Judges Committee.   At the end of the seminar, the Continental judges authorised by their Member and Continental Association and interested in applying for the International Judge Candidate Status took an exam. Most of them fully succeeded.
