Road to Congress 2025: Agenda and full set of documents now available

World Archery has published the agenda and full set of supporting documentation for the upcoming Congress, scheduled for 2-3 September 2025 in Gwangju, Korea.

The release includes reports from the secretary general, committees and boards, audited financial statements, motions to be voted on and the current list of candidates for election.

Member associations have until 5 August to register delegates for the 56th edition of the World Archery Congress. Proxies must be submitted by 12 August.

The summary of extra vote calculations and the full invitation package for Congress 2025 are also available online.

This publication meets the constitutional deadline for distribution of materials. Any questions should be directed to congress@archery.sport.

The 2025 World Archery Congress will be held ahead of the Hyundai World Archery Championships in Gwangju.

Key deadlines

• 5 August: Registration deadline and submission of voting delegates by member associations
• 12 August: Submission of official proxies and appeals to the maximum vote calculation
• 21 August: Publication of validated list of voting delegates and vote allocations
