Israeli seeks head national coach and recurve coach development

The Israeli archery federation is recruiting a head national coach and recurve coach development to lead the country’s national recurve programme and support the development of coaches across Israel.

The successful candidate will lead the national recurve programme, overseeing training, competition preparation, athlete development and the long-term development of the national team. The role also includes establishing a national coaching philosophy across youth, development and senior programmes.

Based primarily at the Wingate National Institute for Sport, the full-time position involves international travel and includes mentoring Israeli recurve coaches, particularly those working with youth and clubs.

Applicants must hold the highest available national coaching certificate, have at least five years’ relevant experience during the past 10 years, have the legal ability to enter and remain in Israel, and be fluent in English. Elite-level Paralympic coaching experience and a relevant academic degree are considered advantages
