Vacancy: Events coordinator at World Archery

World Archery is advertising for an events coordinator to join its staff on a full-time basis from September 2019 at its headquarters in the Olympic Capital of Lausanne, Switzerland.

The role will support the event and marketing department with administrative work, planning and logistics to ensure the successful delivery of tournaments on the international calendar.

Other tasks will include coordinating event bidding, following up on expenses and invoicing, and stocking medals. While some limited international travel may be required, it is expected that the role will be primarily office-based.

The position is new, having been created as part of a reshaping of the events department at World Archery. 

The successful applicant will have working fluency in French and English, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, have a CFC qualification in commerce or equivalent, and previous experience as an executive assistant, planning coordinator or similar.
