SNGLTRY unveils exclusive Archery Edition watches at world champs

Marie Horackova shows off her SNGLRTY watch.

The individual winners at the 2023 Hyundai World Archery Championships became the first owners of the brand-new Archery Edition watches from SNGLRTY.

Mete Gazoz, Marie Horackova, Pravin Deotale and Aditi Swami received their watches on the podium in Berlin.

Announced as part of the partnership that saw the Swiss watchmaker become archery’s official timekeeper, the watches feature SNGLRTY’s patented single-hand mechanism as well as a traditional archery target face motif.

Only an initial run of 30 exclusive watches has been produced, with four already presented to the World Archery Champions in 2023. SNGLRTY will also provide archers for the World Archery Field Champions in 2024 and Prize for Precision winners over the next three years.

The limited edition watches are available for general sale at a shipped price of 3900 CHF.

SNGLRTY’s patented time display – the Calibre OHI2 movement – features only a single hour hand and a moving internal ring, the black of the target on the Archery Edition, to display minutes.

The fixed centre of the SNGLRTY watch is blue, red and gold – the goal of every archer.

Pinpoint accuracy on your wrist, for both arrow and time.

As well as producing the exclusive Archery Edition watch, SNGLRTY has relaunched the Prize for Precision on the Hyundai Archery World Cup in 2023. The award recognises the most consistently accurate archers across a season, ranking everyone who competes on total number of 10s.

The prize is presented to recurve archers (men and women) in odd years and compound archers in even years.

Five-time Hyundai Archery World Cup Champion Brady Ellison and Korean breakout star Lim Sihyeon lead the race after three stages of the international tour.

The top-ranked archers after the Hyundai Archery World Cup Final in Hermosillo will each receive a SNGLRTY watch and 5000 CHF in prize money.
